All sale and stock clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, Makeuppouch will be responsible for replacing it. To initiate the exchange, customers must return the item via Pakistan Post courier to the Makeuppouch address.
Exchange Period:
Once we receive the returned parcel, the exchange process will take up to 5 days.
No Cash Refunds:
We do not offer cash refunds. In the case of a size issue or a damaged product, we provide an exchange for the item.

Picture Discrepancies:
Exchanges are only permitted if the received product differs from the picture displayed.
Exchange Charges:
If the customer wishes to exchange a product without any fault on our end, both delivery charges (for returning and receiving the exchanged item) must be covered by the customer.
Exchange Conditions:
Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is unused, with all original tags intact, and the packaging in its original condition.
Video Evidence Requirement: Important!:
Please record a video while opening the parcel. If there is any damage or a missing item, send us the video. Without this video, we will not accept any claims.
Validity Period:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Deadline: No queries or requests will be entertained after the 7 days has elapsed.
